Elevate Outdoor Blinds is a growing Melbourne-based business specialising in the installation of premium outdoor blinds for residential and commercial customers across Melbourne.

n

We're looking for reliable, motivated and hands‐on people to join our team. We are open to full‐time, part‐time or casual employment for the right applicant.

n

Whether you already have experience in construction or are looking to learn a trade, this is a fantastic opportunity to build practical skills while working alongside experienced installers.

n

Location: Berwick, VIC (based in Berwick, with daily travel to customer sites).

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Assist with the installation of premium outdoor blinds at residential and commercial properties.
n
- Install outdoor blinds and associated hardware.
n
- Read and follow measurements, installation plans and work instructions.
n
- Safely use hand and power tools.
n
- Load, transport and unload materials and equipment.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
n
- Deliver high‐quality workmanship with solid attention to detail.
n
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
n




- Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
n
- Learn the trade with the opportunity to progress to an independent installer.
n

About You

n
- Experience in construction, carpentry, blinds, awnings or a similar trade is an advantage but not essential.
n
- Confident using hand and power tools, or willing to learn.
n
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
n
- Comfortable working outdoors and occasionally working at heights.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence and have reliable transport to and from our Berwick location.
n
- Eager to learn and develop into an independent installer.
n

- Full‐time, part‐time or casual employment available.

- $30‐$38 per hour based on skills and experience, plus superannuation and applicable allowances.
