Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Rehabilitation Consultant who wants to make a real impact in people's recovery and return to work. This is a 12 month contract opportunity with a global financial services client.

In this role, you'll support injured and unwell workers to safely return to work or regain independence. You'll be part of a cooperative, supportive team that values clinical expertise, practical problem-solving, and positive outcomes over box-ticking.

You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including workers, employers, insurers, and treating health professionals to understand barriers to recovery and design realistic, person-centred pathways forward.

About you

You are someone who enjoys combining clinical thinking with practical, real-world problem solving.



You're confident working with multiple stakeholders and comfortable managing your own caseload with autonomy.

You bring:

n

- A qualification in a health-related discipline (e.g. allied health, psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing),orexperience in employment services or vocational rehabilitation
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Interest in injury management, rehabilitation, or workforce reintegration
