About the Role

n

We are currently seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team.This role involves a minimum of 2 Night Audit shifts overnight between 11PM to 7AM with the occasional day shift depending on operational business needs.

n

To be the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Ability to work unsupervised and over night shifts

- Ability to work well under pressure
n
- Willingness to use initiative and ability to solve problems
n
- A hands-on approach and to be adaptable to workplace situations
n
- Team orientated and exceptional customers service skills
n
- Great literacy and organizational skills
n
- Excellent presentation and grooming
n
- Flexible working on weekends and public holidays
n
- Ideally, with previous Hotel Night Audit or Front Office experience
n
- Previous experience with Opera will be highly regarded.
n

Your main responsibilities will include:

n

n




- Perform night audit tasks for the hotel up to the highest standards during night auditor shifts
n
- Perform check-ins and check outs
n
- Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, upsell rooms and related services.
n
- Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Night Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
n
- Maintain a current knowledge of all room rates and packages available.
n
- Answer guest queries with professionalism and excellent customer service
n
