Head of Interiors | Senior Associate | Associate Principal

An outstanding opportunity exists for an accomplished Interior Design leader to join a highly regarded multidisciplinary design practice and lead the growth of its interiors division.

This strategic appointment will suit an experienced Senior Associate, Principal or emerging Director seeking a platform to influence business direction, drive growth and shape a market-leading interiors offering.

Our client is an established and respected design practice delivering complex, design-led projects across a diverse range of sectors, including Transport, Commercial, Energy, Entertainment, F&B; and Hotels. With a strong reputation for design excellence, technical expertise and client service, the practice continues to secure high-profile projects across both public and private sectors.

The Opportunity

n

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will lead the interiors business, overseeing design quality, project delivery, team development and business growth.

n

This role offers the opportunity to build upon an established interiors capability while playing a key role in the broader strategic direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and grow the interiors business nationally
n
- Drive business development, client engagement and market presence
n
- Secure new opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of work
n
- Lead projects from concept through to delivery
n
- Mentor, develop and inspire a high-performing team
n
- Oversee project profitability, resourcing and operational performance
n
- Maintain excellence in design,



documentation and technical delivery
n
- Contribute to the strategic growth and leadership of the practice
n

About You

n

You are a commercially astute design leader with a proven ability to deliver projects, build client relationships and contribute to business growth.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
n
- Leadership experience within a design, architecture or multidisciplinary practice
n
- Robust project experience across commercial, workplace, hospitality and/or residential sectors
n
- Demonstrated success in winning work and developing long-term client relationships
n
- Strong commercial awareness and project financial management skills
n
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for growing teams and businesses
n
- Make your own mark on the leadership of the practice.
