FAMILY HEALTH MEDICAL CENTRE – Craigieburn VIC

We are busy Medical Centre located in Craigieburn and currently recruiting an Experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly team

n

As a Registered/Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our GPs and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Conducting triage and coordinating patient flow
n
- Immunisations and wound care
n
- Chronic disease management and care plans
n
- ECGs and other clinical procedures
n
- Assisting with minor procedures
n
- Maintaining clinical documentation and infection control standards
n
- Maintaining infection control and cold chain protocols
n
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered/ Enrolled Nurse
n
- Experience in general practice or primary care preferred
n
- Robust clinical judgement and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A warm, patientfocused approach
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and compliance
n
- Knowledge of Best Practice software preferred.
n

This is permanent part-time /full time and attractive hourly rate would be paid to correct candidate.
