So, what duties can you expect to do in your apprenticeship?

- Gain hands-on experience maintaining commercial gardens and landscapes.
n




- Work alongside experienced horticulture and landscape professionals.
n
- Learn planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control techniques.
n
- Assist with turf, irrigation, and drainage maintenance.
n
- Develop plant identification and plant care knowledge.
n
- Safely use horticultural tools, equipment, and machinery.
n
- Learn safe herbicide and pesticide application practices.
n
- Complete a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens while earning on the job.
n

- Driver's licence and own transport. Or ability to get to site.

- Working with Children Check (if over 18)
