We are currently seeking experienced Urgent Care RNs to join our expanding team on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible shift options available across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

About the Role
n
As an Urgent Care RN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care within a supportive team workplace.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Performing clinical triage and patient assessments
n
- Identifying and escalating patient deterioration where required
n
- Delivering front-line nursing and procedural care
n
- Assisting with treatment room procedures and acute presentations
n
- Collaborating closely with medical practitioners and the wider clinical team
n
- Providing compassionate and professional patient care
n
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
- Supporting a safe and positive workplace culture
n
n
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, hands-on care, teamwork, and working within an evolving and growing healthcare model.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience
n
- Experience in one or more of the following:
n
- Emergency Department
n
- Triage
n
- ICU/CCU
n
- Rural or Remote Nursing
n
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
n
- Ability to recognise and escalation patient deterioration appropriately
n
- Confidence working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
n
- A genuine passion for patient-centred care
n
n
You will also be required to provide:
n
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- National Police Check
n
n
