Job Description

We are currently looking for a Boilermaker / Welder to join our team.

Duties will involve:

n

n
- Ability to read and understand engineering and workshop drawings
n
- Ability to comply with welding procedures, Quality Standards and attention to detail
n
- Experience and proven welding skills
n
- 1-2 years of welding experience preferred
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- General welding and manufacture (experience & proven welding skills required)
n
- Use of workshop machines and power hand tools
n

n

Minimum requirements:

n

n
- Drivers Licence
n
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have full Australian working rights / permanent resident (must have relevant documents)
n
- Reliable, punctual, motivated & trustworthy
n




- Clear knowledge and understanding of safe workplace principles
n
- Welding Certificates (preferred, but not essential)
n

- Protected work habits and attitude is compulsory
n
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills are essential
n
- Own, reliable transport to and from the factory
n
- Honest, reliable and strong work ethic
n
- Excellent attitude towards learning and assisting others (internal and external)
n

Immediate start date is available. 38 hours per week with the potential forsome flexibility in start and finish times.
