Kingscliff Sands is looking for a reliable and skilled Quarry Operator to join our team in Cudgen, NSW. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working across a range of tasks, takes pride in safe, efficient work, and wants to be part of a tight‐knit crew with opportunities to grow.

Your Role

- Operate loaders and other mobile plant to move and process quarry products
n
- Assist with a variety of site operations, including stockpile management and production support
n
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment
n
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly
n
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well‐organised site
n

What You'll Bring

- Experience operating loaders or other mobile plant (quarry or construction background preferred)
n
- Current Construction White Card
n
- A practical, safety‐first approach to work
n
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills

- Reliability, good communication, and a positive attitude
