Northern Business Consultants – Burpengary QLD

Manage full-function finance for several trading entities

n

Prepare and analyse:

n

Budgets and forecasts

n

Cashflow reports

n

Weekly and monthly financial reports

n

Perform balance sheet reconciliations

n

Oversee payroll, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

n

Liaise directly with clients and senior management

n

Collaborate with internal accounting teams across multiple locations

n

Work with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies

n

Support strategic planning through financial analysis and modelling

n

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS for several entities

n

Skills & Experience

n

Experience within the motor dealership industry (highly regarded)

n





Strong background in full-function accounting/finance roles

n

Understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

n

PMDS

n

Xero

n

MYOB

n

Microsoft Office Suite

n

Additional Information

n

Robust communication and organisational skills are essential

n

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

n

Preferred, but not essential

n

CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)

n

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance/accounting role
