We're seeking Merchandisers to join our Field Merchandiser Team on a casual basis.

Based in Brisbane, QLD, this role involves travel to various stores across the region.

n

A current driver licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle are essential, as you'll be moving between locations as part of your day-to-day role.

n

As part of a core team, you'll play a key role in our store relay program, supporting the execution of key merchandising initiatives. This will suit someone looking to step into a merchandising role from a retail background.

The role:

n

n
- Contributing to the setting of visual merchandising standards in stores
n
- Implementing changes in store floorplan layouts
n
- Application of all POS elements
n
- Approximately 12 - 30 hours per week, no weekends!
n

n

This position is a physical role - you'll be moving quickly, on your feet all day and lifting items around 5 to 7 kilos regularly.

n





A day in the life will see you:

- Track and report project progress and status
n
- Initiate escalation of issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
n
- Ensure all corporate obligations for store appearance and signage are met
n
- Be hands on in stores with activations
n
- Ensure all key business initiatives are delivered on time and to standard
n

What's in your toolkit:

- Experience in Retail Merchandising OR retail customer service
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- A valid Driver Licence and reliable car
n
- An ability to build relationships across all of our various stakeholders
n
- Tenacity and optimism, a real team player that can incite and motivate
