THE ROLE

n

As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee 5 stores across the QLD Gold Coast & South Brisbane region (Toowoomba, Logan, Browns Plains, Pacific Fair and Robina), taking full responsibility for driving commercial performance, operations and team development across your cluster.

n

This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role at the heart of one of QLD's key retail regions. With all five stores within about an hour of each other, it is a genuinely connected patch you can lead with real presence, close to your teams and close to home.

n

You will be accountable for a $35m+ combined turnover cluster, leading a team of 5 Store Managers and their in-store leadership teams, and playing a critical part in shaping the next level of leadership capability across the region.

YOUR MANDATE

n

- Full commercial accountability across your five-store cluster
n
- Drive profitable growth across sales, conversion, ATV and payroll control
n
- Build and elevate high-performance Store Manager capability
n
- Strengthen leadership bench and succession pipelines across all stores
n




- Identify underperformance early and execute decisive commercial action plans
n
- Embed operational excellence and brand consistency across the cluster
n
- Partner with your Area Manager and Support Office to shape cluster strategy
n
- Build a cluster that consistently outperforms market benchmarks
n

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Own and deliver cluster sales, profit and wage budgets
n
- Analyse financial performance and implement data-led commercial strategies
n
- Optimise stock flow, sell-through and productivity metrics
n
- Drive consistent growth against YoY and market benchmarks
n
- Drive profit protection across shrink control, markdown discipline and stock loss
n

- Lead, coach and manage a team of Store Managers across the cluster

- Develop future multi-site leaders and succession-ready talent

- Build a high-performance culture with clear standards and accountability

- Make confident talent decisions to protect and elevate performance

- Ensure a premium customer experience across all five stores
n
- Protect brand standards and VM execution across the cluster
n
- Drive customer engagement and service metrics

Operational Excellence

- Maintain strong governance across compliance, health & safety and risk

- Deliver disciplined payroll management aligned to productivity targets

- Ensure operational consistency across all five stores

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven multi-site retail leader,



or a high-performing Store Manager ready to step up into their first multi-site role
n
- Commercially sharp, data-driven and financially literate
n
- Demonstrated history of delivering against sales and profit benchmarks
n
- Track record of building high-performance store teams
n
- Comfortable operating in competitive, fast-paced retail environments
n
- Confident making tough decisions when performance demands it
n
- Experience within sports fashion or high-volume fashion retail preferred
n
