The Role.

n

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Solar & Battery Accredited Electrician to join the talented team at Hills Natural Solar in Rouse Hill, Sydney. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services with a focus on solar and battery system installations.

Key Responsibilities.

n

n
- You'll oversee the full install process, ensure safety and quality, and provide the client handover at the end of each job.
n
- Performing electrical installations, maintenance,



upgrades and repairs for residential, commercial solar and battery systems.
n
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients.
n
- Collaborating with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
n
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed.
n
- Adhering to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
n
- Completing Job Inspections.
n
- Learning and completing job designs, including solar & battery software programs.
n

What we're looking for.

n

n
- An enthusiastic Electrician license with Solar & Battery accreditation.
n
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SAA Electrician, with a focus on solar and battery system installations.
n
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
n
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
n
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
n
