We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

n

This role will be based at our Ferny Hills practice, with travel required between our Clayfield, and Toowong locations, depending on operational requirements.

n

The Role Includes:

n

As our receptionist, you'll be the face of the practice, welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly manner
n
- Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS payments
n
- Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders
n
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
n
- Handling general administration tasks, including email correspondence
n

You'll need to be:

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly, approachable and a great communicator

- A proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude

- Comfortable using technology and managing administrative processes
n
- Able to travel between branches as needed (own transport and valid license required)
