Job Title: Final Trim Excavator Operator

Overview

n

ZOOM Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Final Trim Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team for a 12+ month project, with potential opportunities for full-time permanent positions in future projects.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate 14t excavator to conduct final trim works (non GPS) and prepare the development area for initial construction.
n
- Execute precision excavation tasks, including trenches, drainage channels, and site grading according to specifications.
n
- Safely move pipes, materials, and dirt around the site to facilitate site operations.
n
- Collaborate with the in office team to contribute to hard and soft landscape works.
n
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain equipment in excellent working condition.
n
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
n

Qualifications

n

n




- Possession of a valid Construction White Card.
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
n
- Excavator Ticket (RIIMPO320F - Conduct Civil Operations) required.
n
- Demonstrated experience in final trim work within civil construction projects.
n
- Previous experience working on civil projects in recreational parks or landscaping is advantageous.
n
- Strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
n
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to an inclusive and equitable workplace.
n
- Strong attention to detail and the capacity to execute high-precision tasks.
n
- Reliability and a proactive approach to work.
n

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview and undergo functional testing as part of the employment process.
