We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join a high-performing commercial team supporting large, complex customer contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of strategic customer agreements, ensuring strong commercial outcomes, effective governance, and contractual compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a current Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Legal, Procurement, Finance and Risk teams, you will play a pivotal role in protecting commercial value, managing contractual risk, and driving successful outcomes for both customers and the business.

About You

You are a commercially minded contract management qualified who enjoys working across complex stakeholder environments and thrives on solving commercial challenges.

n





You'll bring:

n
- A current Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (essential).
n
- Extensive experience managing large, complex commercial contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle.
n
- Strong knowledge of contract governance, change management, commercial negotiations and risk management.
n
- Experience negotiating customer and supplier agreements, contract variations and Statements of Work.
n
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex contractual terms and provide practical commercial advice.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Experience supporting major bids, contract renewals and commercial growth initiatives.
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
n
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce executive-quality reporting and governance documentation.
n
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
