About the Role
n
As our Logistics Scheduler & Administrator, you'll be the central point of communication between customers, drivers, sales staff, and operations. You'll coordinate daily delivery schedules, manage administration, and help ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Schedule and coordinate daily customer deliveries to maximise fleet efficiency.
n
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and sales staff regarding delivery times, changes, and updates.
n
- Process customer orders, delivery dockets, invoices, and related documentation.
n
- Maintain accurate customer pricing, freight rates, and project records.
n
- Monitor delivery schedules and assist with resolving scheduling conflicts.
n
- Coordinate bookings for construction site deliveries and customer requirements.
n
- Prepare daily operational and delivery reports.
n
- Support the Sales & Development Manager with customer service and account administration.
n
- Assist with supplier pricing updates, delivery reconciliations,
and general branch administration.
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
n
- Provide outstanding customer service to both trade and retail customers.
n
n
About You

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Confident using computer systems and data entry.

Preferred Experience
n
n
- Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, transport coordination, customer service, or administration.
n
- Experience within the building, construction, transport, or landscaping industry is highly regarded.
n
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle or Command is advantageous but not essential).
n
n
