The Role – What You'll Do

n

n
- Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems
n
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in the workshop
n
- Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
n
- Work safely in line with industry and company procedures
n
- Support a team committed to getting the job done right the first time
n

n

Who We're Looking For

n

Entry Level:

n

n
- A solid work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and mechanical aptitude
n




- Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus
n
- Willing to learn and grow into a long-term careerWilling to learn and grow into a long-term career
n

n

Experienced:

n

n
- Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it
n
- Proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
n

n

The Essentials

n

n
- Manual driver's licence (HR an advantage)
n
- Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medical
n
- Willing to live within 45 minutes of Lithgow (this is not a FIFO/DIDO role)
n
- Must be clean-shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)
n
