Aurora Spa & Bathhouse is seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Located within Sorrento, Aurora is a luxury wellness destination dedicated to delivering exceptional spa experiences through genuine care, thoughtful service and outstanding treatment experiences. As a Spa Therapist, you will play an integral role in creating memorable moments for every guest while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver exceptional massage, facial and body treatments in accordance with Aurora Spa standards.

n

Conduct thorough guest consultations to tailor treatments to individual needs and ensure the highest level of guest care.

n

Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene and safety.

n

Build genuine connections with guests through warm, attentive and professional service.

n

Work collaboratively with the wider team to consistently deliver an exceptional luxury spa experience.

n

Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support the continued success of Aurora Spa.

About You

n

You are a passionate and dedicated therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team,



are committed to maintaining high professional standards and have a genuine passion for health, wellbeing and continuous learning.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).

n

Previous experience within a spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment is highly regarded.

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

A professional, caring and detail-oriented approach.

n

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster.
