About the Role

n

As a Personal Care Worker with Talent Quarter, you'll play an important role in supporting residents to live with dignity, independence and comfort while working across a variety of leading aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast.

n





Your responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Providing high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
n
- Supporting residents with mobility, meals and personal hygiene
n
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
n
- Maintaining accurate care documentation
n
- Assisting with medication where qualified and authorised
n
- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider care team
n
- Delivering compassionate, person-centred care that promotes quality of life
n

What You'll Need

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Individual Support or equivalent qualification
n
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in Australian residential aged care
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination in line with client requirements
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Currently residing in Australia
n
- A genuine passion for caring for older Australians
n
