Job Description

HammondCare is seeking a Community Care Worker who speaks Spanish or Italian to deliver essential in-home care across South West Sydney and Southern Highlands. You will travel to clients' homes using your own car, helping older people live independently and improve quality of life.

Casual and permanent part time opportunities are available. You will assist with personal care, meals, transportation to appointments and medication support.
