Fast Labour Hire is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial builder that delivers premium projects across Melbourne.

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record managing high-end commercial fit out, refurbishment and structural construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving programmes, coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards and delivering projects to the highest quality.

This opportunity is suited to someone who takes pride in producing exceptional finishes while confidently managing structural works from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage commercial fit out and structural projects from start to finish.
n
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
n
- Drive project programmes to ensure deadlines are achieved.
n
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality control.
n
- Lead daily pre-starts and site coordination meetings.
n
- Ensure all works comply with OHS legislation and company procedures.
n
- Liaise with project managers, consultants and clients.
n
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme or quality.
n
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.
n
- Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
n

About You

n

n




- Extensive experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-end commercial fit outs with premium finishes.
n
- Strong structural construction experience, including early-stage works through to handover.
n
- Ability to manage multiple trades in live construction environments.
n
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and programming.
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
n
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
n
- Extenisve knowledge in hammertech and OHS systems
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager.
n
- White Card.
n
- Current First Aid Certificate.
n
- Strong understanding of Australian building standards and OHS requirements.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
