About the Role

n

As a Field Testing Officer, you'll travel to customer sites inspecting, testing, servicing and maintaining a broad range of safety and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements.

n

Working autonomously,



you'll become a trusted partner to customers by delivering high-quality service, accurate reporting, and practical safety solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Inspect, test and certify workplace safety equipment in accordance with Australian Standards.
n
- Service and maintain a variety of safety and lifting products.
n
- Complete electronic inspection reports and compliance documentation.
n
- Identify defective or non-compliant equipment and recommend appropriate actions.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.
n
- Travel to customer sites throughout your allocated region.
n
- Maintain company equipment and uphold the highest safety standards.
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and have excellent problem-solving skills.

n

Essential

n

n
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
n
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence.
n
- Ability to work independently.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Good attention to detail.
n
- Basic computer skills and confidence using mobile technology.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Dogman Ticket.
n
- Rigger Ticket.
n
- Experience within mining, construction, manufacturing or industrial environments.
n
- Previous inspection, servicing or maintenance experience.
n

Excellent Earning Potential

With regular overtime opportunities and additional allowances-including Living Away From Home Allowance (where applicable)-all Field Testing Officer levels have the potential to earn a six-figure annual income.
