Expression of Interest – Manufacturing, Dispensary & Packing (Pharmaceutical & FMCG)

n

Do you have 5–10 years' experience working across Manufacturing, Dispensary, or Packing Hall environments within Pharmaceutical or FMCG food production?

n

We're seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals with leadership or senior operator experience to join a purpose-driven, leading global manufacturer. Opportunities may span across production, dispensing, and high-speed packing operations.

n

These roles are responsible for supporting and/or leading teams to ensure:

n

n
- Production and Quality targets are consistently met
n
- Manufacturing, dispensing, and packing processes run efficiently
n
- High-speed lines (e.g. liquid filling, bottling, tubes, jars) operate at optimal performance
n
- Continuous improvement initiatives are identified and implemented
n
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) standards are upheld
n
- Strong team performance, engagement, and morale
n

n

n
- Attention to Detail – strong focus on documentation accuracy and product quality

Ideal but not essential:

- Qualification in Science, Engineering, Operations, or similar
n
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
n

n

Requirements:

- 5–10 years' relevant experience in manufacturing, dispensary, or packing environments
n
- Australian or Recent Zealand Citizenship / Permanent Residency
