Site Manager - Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms) Location: Northampton Rate: £32.42 per hour (Umbrella) Contract: Ongoing We're recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a planned maintenance programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within occupied residential properties. This is an ongoing contract offering a competitive hourly rate, ideal for someone with a solid background in social housing planned works who can ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
n
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality and programme targets are met.
n
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
n
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
n
- Liaise with tenants,



client representatives and the wider project team to maintain excellent communication throughout the programme.
n
- Ensure site documentation, RAMS and permits are completed and maintained.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience managing planned maintenance or refurbishment projects within social housing.
n
- Strong background delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
n
- SMSTS, White or Black CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
n
- Full UK driving licence.
n
