Our client is a locally owned heavy diesel mechanical specialist providing comprehensive repair, maintenance, inspection, and breakdown support services for heavy vehicles, machinery, and equipment across South-East Queensland. Their expertise includes heavy diesel repairs, fleet maintenance, diagnostics, hydraulic repairs, compliance inspections, and 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance for trucks, prime movers, and specialised machinery.

What You Will Be Doing

n

Our client is seeking a Junior Parts Interpreter to join their team in Bells Creek. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm.

- Inbound phone & online sales processing
n
- Administration and data base stock management
n
- Managing stock, picking and assigning orders as required
n
- Providing parts advice for service and repairs
n
- Customer interaction - providing top-notch quality customer service
n
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions,



advising pricing and warranty expectations
n
- Managing parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes
n
- Building and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business
n
