Mat Pilates Instructor – ARC (Accelerated Results Club)

Location: Williamstown, VIC

We're looking for an energetic, knowledgeable and motivating Mat Pilates Instructor to join the team at ARC – Accelerated Results Club, a premium wellness studio where weight loss meets wellness.

n

At ARC, our classes are intentionally capped at just 5 participants, allowing you to provide a personalised, hands-on experience while building genuine relationships with members. This isn't a high-volume studio—it's a luxury boutique environment focused on quality coaching and exceptional member experience.

What you'll be doing:

- Deliver engaging, safe and effective Mat Pilates classes for all fitness levels.
n
- Provide hands-on technique corrections and individual guidance.
n
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and motivating atmosphere.
n
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage ongoing progress.
n
- Set up and pack down the Pilates space before and after classes.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional studio setting.
n




- Work collaboratively with the ARC team to deliver a premium member experience.
n

What we're looking for:

n

- Certified Mat Pilates Instructor.
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
- Confident teaching both beginners and experienced participants.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Passion for health, wellness and helping people achieve their goals.
n
- Reliable, punctual and professional presentation.
n
- Availability for morning, evening and/or weekend classes.
n
- Boutique studio with classes capped at only 5 participants.
n
- More one-on-one coaching and meaningful member connections.
n
