As a Payments and Verification Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure flow of customer transactions within a fast-paced and highly regulated wagering environment. You'll be responsible for processing payments, conducting customer identity verifications, and monitoring for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Key Responsibilities

Payments Processing & Reconciliation

n

Accurately process customer deposits, withdrawals, and refunds across multiple payment methods (e.g., cards, e-wallets, bank transfers).

n

Monitor and reconcile payment transactions to ensure timely and error-free settlements.

n

Liaise with third-party payment providers to resolve transaction disputes or technical issues.

n

Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

n

Review and verify customer documentation (ID, proof of address, source of funds).

n

Escalate potential suspicious activities or document inconsistencies to Compliance Teams or relevant stakeholders.

n

Analyse transaction patterns to detect signs of fraud, identity theft, or bonus abuse.

n

Flag and investigate anomalies in customer behaviour or payment activity.

n

Work with internal compliance & operations teams to enhance detection and prevention protocols.





n

Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and verification cases for audit and compliance purposes.

n

Contribute to ongoing improvements in payment and verification processes, tools, and policies.
