Customer Service & Returns Specialist - Oceania

Birkenstock Australia is the exclusive importer and retailer of the world-renowned Birkenstock range of orthopaedically designed footwear and orthopaedic supplies. Established in Melbourne in 1993, we currently operate two flagship boutiques in Victoria, supported by a strong online presence.

The Role

n

This full-time onsite permanent role will work closely with our Workshop Manager on tasks including, but not limited to:

n

n
- Liaising with wholesale and retail customers via phone, email, or in-person, always maintaining a positive and friendly manner
n
- Assessing and quoting of repairs
n
- Processing returns from wholesale and retail customers
n
- Maintaining urgent flow of priority repairs
n
- Relabeling and adjusting stock where appropriate
n
- Quality control of completed repairs
n
- Creation and management of invoices for completed repairs
n
- Creation, processing, and management of credit notes
n

n

Experience & Essential Skills

n

n




- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an administrative position
n
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines
n
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse team
n
- Being reliable, punctual, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
n
- Good with numbers
n
- Good computer knowledge including a sound working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone manner
n
- Hold a current Australian driver's license
n
- Maintain a cool head and positive attitude
n
