What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage and deliver civil and building projects valued $5M+
n
- Take ownership of your own section of works
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
n
- Support Project Managers in programme and quality delivery
n
- Ensure strict compliance with OH&S;, environmental, and quality standards
n
- Solve site challenges with initiative and leadership
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
n
- Experience on projects valued $5M+, ideally across buildings, civil or infrastructure projects
n
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
n
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication
n
- Exceptional understanding of safety and compliance
n
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
n
