Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Merchandiser to represent leading brands across Bunnings Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and Officeworks across Canberra metro and surrounding suburbs in Part time capacity.

This is a fast-paced, multi-site role, where you'll visit multiple stores each day to execute team training, merchandising, and maintain high execution standards.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Maintaining planograms, displays, and stock level.
n
- Ensuring brand compliance across all stores visited
n
- Deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements
n
- Attend multiple sites in a day
n
- Engage with team members, customers, conduct training, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
n
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with the team members and customers.
n
- Assist with product demonstrations and sampling to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
n
- Collaborate with the client and report back on competitor activities.
n
- Provide feedback and insights to the team on customer preferences and market trends
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Proven experience as a merchandiser specially in Bunnings or in a similar retail environment.
n
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising and store standards.
n
- Have 1-2 years of working as a Merchandiser.
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers
n
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
n
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between stores.
n
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and promote our products
n
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
n
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure successful event execution
