About the Role
n Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT's involvement in broader business-driven projects. You'll act as a strategic partner to various business units, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
n
- Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs.
n
- Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
n
- Maintain strong relationships across business units and IT teams.
n
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role.
n
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
n
- Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
n
- Business Analysis certification (preferred).
n
- FMCG industry experience is a plus.
n
n
