Fence Installer / Fencing Labourer

About the Role

We Fence & Gate Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Fence Installer / Fencing Labourer to join our growing team in North Lakes.

You'll work across commercial, civil, security, sports field and residential fencing projects throughout South East Queensland.

We're looking for someone who works hard, takes pride in their workmanship and can contribute positively to a site team. Immediate start available.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing fencing, gates, posts and panels
- Chainwire, security, aluminium, steel and sports field fencing
- Site set-out, post installation, concreting and grouting
- Operating hand and power tools
- Loading and handling materials and equipment
- Following plans, SWMS and site safety requirements
- Maintaining quality workmanship and a safe, organised worksite

What We're Looking For

- Previous fencing experience highly regarded




- Construction experience also considered
- White Card – essential
- RIW Card – desirable
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team

- $35-$45 per hour + super, based on demonstrated experience and capability
