- Deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, joy, and a love of nature
n
- Create warm, inclusive environments where every child feels seen and safe
n
- Build trusting partnerships with families and mentor fellow educators
n
- Celebrate each child's milestones and unique learning journey

What You'll Bring

n

- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
n




- Current Teacher Registration/Blue Card
n
- Strong knowledge of QKLG, EYLF & NQS
n
- A values-led approach, with a passion for nature, community, and collaborative practice
n
- A genuine passion for high-quality early education and care
