About the Role
n We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Architect to join a high-performing project team delivering enterprise-scale ERP solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
n
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
n
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend best practices.
n
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
n
- Support solution design, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
n
- Provide functional guidance during implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
n
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
n
- Create user documentation, training materials,



and conduct end-user training.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 7+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
n
- Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
n
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules:n n
- General Ledger
n
- Accounts Payable
n
- Accounts Receivable
n
- Fixed Assets
n
- Cash & Bank Management
n
- Procurement & Sourcing
n
- Inventory Management
n
- Project Operations (desirable)
n

n
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and ERP business processes.
n
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
n
- Proven experience writing functional specifications and process documentation.
n
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
