Now, we are looking to appoint an experienced Production Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site production, people, safety and continuous improvement outcomes.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead production teams across multiple sites, driving safety, productivity, people development and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring travel between sites across Melbourne.

About You

n

You are a confident, hands-on production leader who thrives on accountability. You will bring:

n

5+ years' experience in Production Management, ideally within horticulture,



agriculture or manufacturing.

n

Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams of 20+ people across multiple sites or departments

n

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and remain calm under pressure

n

A track record of successfully introducing and leading change in a work environment

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel regularly between sites

n

Lean Management training or relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus but not essential.
