Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Transport Allocator for an ongoing chance based in Erskine Park. This is a full-time, 5 days per week role with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Allocating daily runs to drivers efficiently and effectively
n
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries across metro and regional routes
n
- Liaising with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals
n
- Monitoring fleet movements and responding to delays or issues
n
- Communicating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
n
- Maintaining accurate records and transport documentation
n
n
About You:
n
n
- Previous experience in transport allocation, scheduling or fleet coordination
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage driver relationships
n
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
- Sound knowledge of transport compliance and fatigue management (preferred)
