Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation within a complex enterprise environment. This role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project delivery resources to coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
n
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to support ServiceNow configuration activities.
n
- Work closely with ServiceNow Developers to deliver application enhancements and configurations.
n
- Analyse and resolve issues arising from business-specific requirements.
n
- Coordinate testing activities with testing teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
n
- Facilitate integration activities between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
n
- Support an Agile delivery environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Engage effectively with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders.
n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex ICT environments.
n
- Strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
n
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
n
- Ability to coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities across multiple teams.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Hands-on ServiceNow development or configuration experience.
n
- Knowledge of enterprise application integrations.
n
- Experience working within large, complex transformation or digital projects.
n
