About the Role

n

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Courtesy Shuttle Driver to join our busy Brisbane team on a casual basis.

n

As one of the first people our customers will meet, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression of East Coast Car Rentals. You'll transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our branch while delivering exceptional customer service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
n
- Transfer customers safely between the airport terminal and our branch
n
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle vehicle
n
- Load and unload customer luggage as required
n
- Maintain communication with our shuttle dispatch team to optimise route efficiency
n
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times
n
- Follow all road rules, company policies, and safety procedures
n




- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and diverse team
n
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle vehicle
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
- A professional and well-presented appearance
n
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
n
- A positive attitude and genuine team spirit
n
- The flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays when required
n
- The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling luggage
n

n

Previous experience in customer service, transport, hospitality, tourism, or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
