Job Description

Essity is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Tampons production area at our Springvale site in Australia. You will oversee a team of about 25 frontline staff, ensuring secure, efficient and cost-effective operations while delivering targets and driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to optimize processes, develop talent, and foster a high-performing culture.
