We are looking for Therapeutic Care Workers to join our team at Maple Youth Services and work alongside young people living in out of home care.

Responsibilities

n

Implementing tailored care plans and fostering daily routines

n

Supporting life skills development and meaningful community engagement

n

Providing trauma-transformative care, culturally responsive care

n

Facilitating family contact and strengthening relationships

n

Writing detailed progress notes and reports

n

Promote safety, well-being and ongoing development

n

Qualifications

n

A completed qualification (diploma or higher) in Youth Work or a related field

n

Experience in youth or disability support work

n

Understanding of child protection legislation and trauma-informed care

n

Requirements

National Criminal Record Check

n

Working With Children's Check

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check

n

First Aid & CPR certification

n

Driver's license

n

Insured vehicle.

n
