Seeking long-term stability with an established structural engineering leader? Our client is a premier, highly respected Australian-owned specialist engineering contractor with nearly three decades of experience maintaining complex fixed plant systems for the construction materials sector. Due to sustained contract growth at a large-scale quarry site in Lysterfield, they urgently require two permanent, full-time Afternoon Shift tradespeople ASAP. (Note: We are also open to registering extra trade staff exclusively for Sunday Shutdown work. Please mention this when applying). The Roster & Shift Structures: This position operates on a dedicated afternoon shift pattern with a highly structured roster:

Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm - 2:00am / 3:00am Friday: 2:00pm - 12:00am Saturdays: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Sundays: 7:00am - 5:00pm

What You Will Do

n

Fixed Plant Maintenance: Execute structural preventative and corrective maintenance across high-wear quarry assets, including crushers, conveyor networks, chutes, hoppers, and screening plants.

Precision Fabrication: Perform heavy-gauge positional welding, structural modifications,



and hard-facing repairs to combat severe abrasive environments. Safety & Compliance: Uphold an absolute commitment to Zero Harm, ensuring all activities are completed in line with strict ISO safety protocols.

Elite Permanent Rates: Secure, permanent full time employment with a top-tier pay structure: Monday to Friday: $52.00/hr + 30% Shift Allowance = $67.60 per hour

Weekends: $77.00 per hour Public Holidays: $92.00 per hour

What You Bring

n

To be successful on this site, you must hold the following mandatory requirements: The Trade: Recognised Australian Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter. Core Certifications: Valid Confined Space ticket and First Aid with CPR certification.

The Background: Proven experience in heavy industrial maintenance, fixed plant operations, structural site welding, or heavy fabrication. Highly Regarded Tickets (Not Deal-Breakers): Working at Heights (WAH) / EWP High Risk Licence Dogging / Rigging / CN
