Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Laser Cutter Operator / Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on manufacturing role suited to someone with experience operating CNC laser cutting and brake press machinery within a sheet metal or fabrication environment.

n

You will be working with aluminium and steel components, producing high-quality parts used in our roof rack systems and accessories.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate CNC laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Set up and operate CNC brake press machines
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets
n
- Ensure accuracy and quality of manufactured components
n
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
n
- Maintain production schedules and workflow targets
n
- Handle materials and finished products safely
n




- Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards
n
- Assist with general fabrication and manufacturing duties as required
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
n
- Experience operating CNC brake press machinery
n
- Background in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing
n
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings accurately
n
- Experience with CypCut software highly regarded
n
- Experience with TASC 6000 and Delem controllers highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Forklift licence advantageous
n
- Welding or fabrication experience beneficial
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
n
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
