The Dental Club is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Coordinator to join our leadership team.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator ready to step into a genuine leadership role.

n

Working closely with our Practice Manager, you'll oversee clinical operations across four busy practices, mentor our clinical teams, maintain exceptional infection control standards, and help drive continuous improvement.

n

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll support our Clinical Coordinators, develop our Dental Assistants, ensure surgeries operate efficiently, and help maintain the high standards our patients expect.

About the Role

n

As our Senior Clinical Coordinator, you will:

n

n
- Lead and support Clinical Coordinators and Dental Assistants
n
- Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple practices
n
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilisation standards
n
- Conduct regular infection control audits
n
- Train, mentor and develop clinical team members
n




- Coordinate equipment servicing and preventative maintenance
n
- Oversee clinical stock control and inventory management
n
- Manage implant kits, surgical instruments and handpieces
n
- Assist with clinical rostering and workforce planning
n
- Prepare reports on compliance, equipment, training and stock performance
n
- Support the delivery of Implant and Clinical Open Days
n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Dental Assistant
n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian infection control standards
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Confidence coaching and developing others
n
- Experience with dental practice software (EXACT or Core Practice highly regarded)
n
