We're seeking experienced All Round Operator's & Excavator Operatorsto join a well-established mining contractor at the King of the Hill Mine Project in Western Australia. Starting on a casual basis, this role offers a genuine pathway to longer-term opportunities as future projects are secured.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a leading mining contractor delivering safe and efficient operations at the King of the Hill Mine Project. We are currently seeking experienced All Round Operators to join the site on a casual basis.

About the Role
n This is a great prospect for an experienced All Round Operators & Excavator Operators to work across a range of production and ancillary equipment on site. You'll work a 2/1 roster rotating across day and night shift, with FIFO from Perth and camp and meals provided.

n

Equipment across site includes:

n

- Grader: CAT 16M
n
- Haul Truck: CAT 789
n
- Loader: Komatsu WA900
n
- Dozer: CAT D10 & Komatsu 375
n
- Grader: CAT 16M
n
- Excavator: Hitachi EX3600 & EX2600
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate heavy production and ancillary equipment safely and efficiently across site
n
- Complete daily pre-start checks and report any hazards or defects promptly
n




- Follow site plans, instructions and traffic management requirements
n
- Maintain a tidy work area and support safe, respectful interactions across all teams
n
- Contribute positively to a people-first site culture
n
- Support and share knowledge with teammates to help build a strong crew
n

- $66.91 - $88.85 per hour (based on experience)

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience operating similar heavy production and ancillary equipment
n
- A safety-first mindset and strong personal accountability on site
n
- A positive, team-oriented attitude that fits well within an established crew
n
- Australian Work Rights and Driver's Licence
n
- Current Pre-employment Medical & National Police Clearance
n
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
n
- Relevant RII competencies & training transcripts
n
