New Graduate Speech Pathologist | Mixed Ages Caseload | Clinic and Community

Our well established client based on the Gold Coast, is seeking a passionate New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their dynamic allied health team near Varsity Lakes!

- Salaries starting from $80,000 - $95,000 + Super
- Mixed ages caseload based in clinic and community settings
- 6 Month New Graduate Learning Program, gradual increase of caseload and weekly supervision with a Senior SP with 7+ years experience!

Your Role:

- Undertake a comprehensive onboarding when you start, including workshadowing opportunities, with a gradual increase in your caseload
- You will support NDIS & private participants access quality Occupational Therapy services by; conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, facilitating therapy and writing progress notes and reports
- Billable target expectation: initially 10-12 a week (2-3 clients a day), gradually increasing from when you start as you build your confidence




- The Admin team will support youdoing the service agreements, session scheduling and billing, so you can just do what you do best!
