Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills.This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

Site preparation including digging, trenching, and moving materials

n

Construction of retaining walls, fences, and outdoor structures

n

Paving and basic concreting work

n

Planting and completing garden makeovers

n





Operating tools, equipment, and assisting with transport to job sites

n

Skills and responsibilities:

n

Ability to work in a team environment

n

Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures

n

Drivers Licence and reliable transport

n

Physically fit and capable of manual work

n
