OTA Group is looking for a qualified Auto Electrician to join our growing team.

n

If you enjoy working on trucks, solving problems and taking pride in quality workmanship, this is a great opportunity to join a hands-on team working across a range of heavy vehicles, accessories and custom truck fit outs.

This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive remuneration package negotiable based on your skills and experience.

About the Role

n

As our Auto Electrician, you'll work across a variety of trucks and heavy vehicles, carrying out electrical installation, diagnosis, repairs and accessory fitment.

n

Your day-to-day work may include:

n

n
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on trucks and machinery
n
- Installing and wiring truck accessories and aftermarket equipment
n
- Air Conditioning systems fitment and repairs
n
- Testing completed work to ensure everything operates correctly
n
- Working alongside our workshop and fit-out team on larger projects
n

n

No two jobs are exactly the same, so this role would suit someone who enjoys variety and hands-on work rather than doing the same task every day.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified Auto Electrician who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a practical, team-focused workshop.

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Recognised Auto Electrical trade qualification
n
- Relevant licences to reflect your role
n
- Current driver's licence
n




- Robust understanding of automotive electrical systems
n
- Ability to confidently diagnose and repair electrical faults
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n

n

- Has an interest in trucks and heavy vehicles
n
- Produces neat, reliable and high-quality work
n
- Has solid problem-solving skills
n
- Is reliable, organised and takes pride in getting the job done properly
n
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to contribute to the wider workshop team
n

n

Previous heavy vehicle or truck fit-out experience will be highly regarded
