About the Role

n

You'll work within residential aged care facilities, delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care while supporting residents and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n




- Medication administration and clinical assessments
n
- Care planning and documentation
n
- Wound management
n
- Leading and supporting care staff
n
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical changes
n
- Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Recent residential aged care experience
n
- Robust clinical assessment and communication skills
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Flexibility to travel and work across Regional Victoria
n
