Location: Collingwood, Melbourne

Position: Full time, in person

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm

Salary: $65,000 plus superannuation

We are looking for an organised, reliable and hands on Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our small team in Collingwood. This is not a traditional warehouse environment. You will be working closely with our warehouse, customer service, retail and operations teams to ensure every customer and wholesale order is handled with care.

n

The ideal candidate must have an interest in fashion, ecommerce and customer experience. You will enjoy working within a small, friendly team and will be comfortable moving between physical warehouse tasks, order fulfilment, customer service and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.

n

This role is both physically and mentally demanding. It requires attention to detail, strong organisation, initiative and the ability to remain calm and accurate during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Pick, pack and dispatch domestic and international online orders accurately and within 24 hours and maintaining a shipping accuracy target of 99%.
n
- Prepare and ship wholesale orders and stock transfers between OTTWAY locations.
n
- Support customer enquiries relating to orders, shipping, returns and product issues.
n
- Process returns, store credits and approved refunds promptly and accurately.
n
- Receive incoming stock and assist with inventory organisation and stock counts.
n




- Maintain a clean, organised and secure warehouse environment.
n
- Support the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager during busy periods, launches and promotions.

About You

n

n
- Genuinely interested in fashion, ecommerce, retail or lifestyle brands.
n
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative and friendly team.
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Physically capable of lifting cartons, moving stock and being active throughout the day.
n
- Confident using computers and learning ecommerce, inventory and shipping systems.
n
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
n
- Reliable, punctual and accountable.
n
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative without waiting to be asked.
n
- Calm and accurate when working under pressure.
n
- Happy to complete both physical warehouse work and administrative tasks.
n

Experience

n

Previous experience in ecommerce fulfilment, fashion, retail, customer service, wholesale operations or warehouse coordination will be highly regarded.

n

Experience using Shopify, inventory management systems, shipping platforms or customer service software would be beneficial, although training can be provided to the right person.
